A video clip went viral on social media after a dog was seen running and barking on top of the Great Pyramid, one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
A paraglider flying around the Great Pyramid of Giza, Egypt, caught a dog on top of the pyramid, an event that occurred on October 14 but the video clip was only recently covered.
The dog gained wide fame after it was photographed frolicking on top of one of the pyramids of Giza and was spotted by a group of parasailing enthusiasts.
The American newspaper "Washington Post" quoted Marshall Mosher, one of those who was flying a paraglider, as saying that he had flown over the pyramids several times, but this was the first time he had seen a dog on the summit, hundreds of feet above the ground.
He added: "We didn't really know what it was at first, this thing running back and forth along the top so, it was funny and unexpected."
He revealed that he saw many stray dogs enjoying the sun near the base of Khafre's pyramid.
According to the newspaper, social media users fell in love with the adventurous animal, as videos taken by participants in the event accumulated more than a million views.
